How do I install the Hotel Ninja extension?

To install the Hotel Ninja extension, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Chrome Web Store and search for “Hotel Ninja” or click here
  2. Click on the “Add to Chrome” button
  3. In the pop-up window, click “Add extension”
    Once the extension is installed, you will see the Hotel Ninja icon in the top right corner of your browse.
How do I use the Hotel Ninja extension?
  1. To use the Hotel Ninja extension, follow these steps:
    Go to a participating hotel booking website, such as Booking, Hotels, Agoda, Expedia, Travelocity or Orbitz
  2. Search for a hotel as you normally would
  3. When the search results are displayed, a pop-up window will appear showing the final prices for the same hotel room on other websites, including member prices
  4. Click on the lowest price to be redirected to that website and book your room
How are you different from hotel comparison websites?

Great question! Here are a few differences:

  1. Our comparison tool is installed on Chrome so you don’t need to hop between websites
  2. The prices we display are final prices, including city taxes and cleaning fees
  3. We don’t display the cheapest one-person room – we display the cheapest room for the number of people you entered
  4. If you arrive at one of the sites through a blog or recommendation you saw on Facebook, you can view pricing directly from the link instead of going to another website.

Will you be adding official hotels as well?

Yes! Sometimes the official hotel website has the best prices, but other times the best prices are on the various hotel comparison sites. We are currently in the process of adding major hotel chains so you can also compare prices to the official website.
